Located in a 16th-century convent, Juan Carlos García of Restaurante Vandelvira recovers deeply rooted flavors from his land, cooking and enjoying tradition, scents, flavors, meals, and happiness. He will be joined by Ramón Vergara, entrepreneur and cultural activist committed to valuing craftsmanship, trades, and workshops. Together, they will transport us to the Renaissance through a gastronomic and artisanal perspective.
