Denominations of origin: tradition and avant-garde of Andalusian agri-food quality

The president of the Andalusian Conference of Denominations of Origin (CADO), César Saldaña, will hold an interview with Manuel Pimentel, editor, writer and former Minister of Labor and Social Affairs. Host of the television program Arqueomanía and author of numerous works on very diverse topics; among them, recently, “La Venganza del Campo”. Pimentel has also been president of the Montilla-Moriles Denomination of Origin, so he knows in depth both the world of agri-food and the specificities of the differentiated quality associated with the territories.
