Mariela Pérez

When Mariela shares her gastronomic projects, she radiates an unconditional love for authentic cuisine. It focuses on fresh market products, privileging local raw materials and flavor over technical complexity. In addition, she finds gratification in collaborating with associations and foundations that support people with disabilities by teaching cooking classes for these groups. Part of her passion is reflected in Ramona “La Boutique de la Empanada”, her project in Cabo de Gata.
