All Speakers Speaker Toni Solans Position: Chef Company: Restaurante Mantis Toni Solans studied in the H-24 class of the Hofmann Hospitality School. When he finished, he stopped by chef Magnus Nilsen’s now closed Fäviken Magasinet. In 2017 he founded Nomad Café in Sri Lanka and traveled throughout Asia, gaining inspiration that would help him create and experiment with Bernat Bermudo in Mano Rota two years later.
